Add your sending domain and publish the DNS records we give you: DKIM, plus SPF through a custom MAIL FROM subdomain. Mail goes out authenticated as your brand, not ours.

What sending will look like

One authenticated request with a JSON body. Each request will be checked against your suppression list, and you'll get a message ID back for tracking.

Inbox providers judge every sender on the same signals: authentication, bounces and complaints. Sendonis is set up around those signals.

Authentication by default. You can't send from a domain you haven't verified. DKIM and SPF via custom MAIL FROM are part of setup, and we recommend publishing a DMARC record for every sending domain.
Automatic suppression. Hard bounces and complaints are suppressed for your account as they happen.
Pause before harm. Bounce rate above 4% or complaint rate above 0.08% pauses sending automatically. These limits are set below the levels at which Amazon SES starts reviewing an account.
A strict anti-spam policy. No purchased, rented or scraped lists. Marketing email needs opt-in consent. Every account agrees to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your responsibility, our tools. You are the sender. You are responsible for consent and for the rules where your recipients live, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and Turkey's İYS. Sendonis gives you the tools to follow those rules, but the tools alone don't make sending lawful.

Sending from the EU

Sendonis sends all email through Amazon SES in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Sending runs in a dedicated AWS account used only for Sendonis and separated from other workloads. Delivery, bounce and complaint notifications are processed in the same region.

EU residency applies to email sending. Sendonis is operated from Türkiye, and some account and application data is processed at [HOSTING PROVIDER / LOCATION]. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details on where data is processed and how transfers are protected.

FAQ

Do you offer SMTP?

No. Sendonis is API-only. We don't provide SMTP credentials or an SMTP relay. Sending through an authenticated HTTPS API lets us validate each request and check suppression before a message is accepted.

Where is my email sent from?

All email is sent through Amazon SES in the AWS Frankfurt region (eu-central-1), in a dedicated AWS account used only for Sendonis. See the DPA for full processing locations.

What happens when an address bounces or someone marks my email as spam?

The event goes to your webhook endpoint, and the address is added to your account's suppression list automatically. Future sends to that address are blocked until the suppression is removed under our policies.

Why would my sending be paused?

If your bounce rate goes above 4% or your complaint rate goes above 0.08%, sending pauses automatically. This protects your domain and the platform. We'll tell you what happened and help you get back to sending, which may include cleaning your list or showing proof of consent.

Can I send marketing email?

Yes, but only to people who opted in to hear from you. Purchased, rented and scraped lists are prohibited. Every marketing email needs a working unsubscribe link and your postal address. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Who is responsible for consent and legal compliance?

You are. As the sender, you're responsible for consent and for the rules that apply to your recipients, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or İYS registration for commercial messages in Turkey.

Do I need to set up DNS records?

Yes. To verify a domain you publish DKIM records and, for custom MAIL FROM, an MX and an SPF record on a subdomain. We also recommend a DMARC record. Our domain guide walks you through each one.
